SALT Steakhaus & Bar in Hildesheim

Incredibly delicious food and drinks! I will definitely be back. I can also recommend online orders. The spare ribs and the rump steak are amazing! The desserts are not quite mine, that's the only thing that's a shame.

I'm going to post my last post from the area asking questions: Initial situation: I tried to get through the Salt by phone several times a day for 2 weeks (outside and during opening hours). The rest should be clear in my answer from the "Ask a Question" section. I don't know whether the quality, when it comes to that, the food is prepared is right. In any case, no food means 0 stars. There are clearly more committed restaurant operators. I pass there every day and they are obviously open. In any case, they supposedly deliver and the light is always on in the kitchen. That's strange. I also put a letter in the mailbox with my contact details. The other day I spoke to a person who had just entered the Salt, key in hand, and I was completely ignored. A work colleague of mine who also recommended the salt to me is facing the same problem. You probably don't have to understand that, other restaurants are also open and you can also order here. The Salt clearly has no interest in doing business so let's just leave it. Since I have to order for a larger group of people (on business), about 30 people order goes through the fingers. Anyway, another restaurant is happy now. Thanks at this point to the Greek Dionysus, who was very happy about the order.

The meat we ordered was rotten, we have been trying to get hold of the restaurant since 5pm yesterday and they do not answer their phone or have any other method of contact

We - 4 people - had food delivered. The food was there super quickly and very tasty! Prices reasonable. Recommendation as a starter: Chili from Carne Soup.

Great shop all around, super nice service, very accommodating. Price / performance ratio fits perfectly. Nice ambience, when we made a table reservation over the Internet, we stated that it was our wedding day and our table was lovingly decorated. The only drawback BER typical of Hildesheim is finding a parking space a little difficult. But a short walk after the delicious meal didn't hurt.

Very tasty, very nice staff, informed when making an appointment that it was our wedding anniversary, the table was decorated accordingly without being asked. Portions are very large. Price, performance at this level simply top. We would love to come back, highly recommended. The only drawback typical of Hildesheim is the lack of parking spaces, but a walk before and after dinner can't hurt either. Delivery dates are also offered.

Food delicious. Waiting time clearly too long. Mouth and nose protection usually ended under the nose during operation.

You can tell that the team is well-rehearsed ... great service and the kitchen does a great job ... price-performance ratio fits ?

Super nice staff. Music was a bit loud. The food was delicious. Tapas platter can only be recommended.

I'm ashamed that we haven't managed to eat at your place yet, but we promise: WE WILL FOLLOW IT SOON! Because the cocktails are awesome. We've been there five times and the drinks have always been perfect! Prepared with love and care. Use good alcohol and original beverages (e.g. Coca Cola and not River Cola). We have never been disappointed! The food actually always looked good and we're definitely making up for it now. Next time we will come to you for dinner :-) The churros and tiramisu are definitely very, very tasty! We have already been able to test these. See you soon and stay the way you are: PERFECT :-)

Discovered by chance during a business trip, it turned out to be a great place to eat delicious grilled meat and drink excellent beer. It will certainly be an obligatory stop during the next trips

Very tasty steakhouse with a small and good selection of steaks, stir-fries and burgers, plus various potato side dishes to choose from. Some goodies are available for dessert. Everything delicious and fresh. The cocktail menu is long and everything looked delicious, but unfortunately we didn't try any this time. The atmosphere inside is very cozy and inviting. The staff was very friendly, attentive and could give good advice. With pleasure again.

We were here spontaneously about 4 weeks ago and felt right at home. The service was attentive and nice, and the burger was awesome. We'd love to come back :-)

I'm excited! It was the third time I had dinner at Salt today and, as always, completely satisfied! As always, the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Hello hello it's my solos;) we were with you today 21.07.2020. We are totally surprised! Steak was fantastic !! Service was very nice! Great atmosphere! We can only recommend it! Nice nice !! Stay healthy !!

Rather slow delivery time, even as there were not much customers. Burger was "well done" even as it was ordered "medium". Otherwise tasty experience.

Food was great ! We went there with my colleague and he like it as well . Warning for foreigner's there was problem with my and my colleague payment card I'm using Netherlands ING and my colleague Netherlands Rabobank both cards has been rejected ! I need to go to the ATM to pick up cash .We pay with those cards in whole Europe and never meet this type of situation !

Good food. Kinda expensive. Cocktails were weak.
